Attention Divers participate in a Florida research project.

Plan to dive Jupiter, Florida this summer - between Aug. 25 and Oct.15, 2010 to see the spawning aggregations of this giant reef dweller, and share your diving experience for a good cause. All participants are automatically registered to win a 2-tank dive for 2 with Jupiter Dive Center (winner notified October 30). Dr. Sarah Frias-Torres of the Ocean Research & Conservation Association (ORCA), in Fort Pierce, FL, is conducting a study on diver use of the goliath grouper spawning aggregations. Questionnaires can be downloaded Here.. The answers you provide will be used only to improve scientific research and conservation of the goliath groupers.
Learn more, visit ORCA and Inter-Research Science Center’s Goliath Grouper Conservation Update page. The aquapages directory is where you get dive gear online.
