Caribbean Explorer II relocates to the southern Bahamas On March 27th, Caribbean Explorer II and her crew will depart the northeastern Caribbean and begin the journey east and north to her Great Exuma, Bahamas base of operations. They will begin the southern Bahamas itinerary on April 3, 2010. This is an excellent trip at a very reasonable price, in a remote area far from the crowds of the Northern Bahamas. All cabins have private bath and shower, the spacious dive deck and camera table are the best in the business, and the macro and big-animal diving is outstanding! From the trip report from this same week in 2009:
"Excellent diving on the wall at San Salvador. Several hammerhead sharks made appearances both days. Lots of small life on the reefs."
