Sharpear enope squid (Ancistrocheirus lesueurii) is a deep-water species found in the mesopelagic depths (200–1000 m down) throughout the oceans tropical and subtropical regions. The only species in the genus Ancistrocheirus and family Ancistrocheiridae, enopes grow to a moderate size with a mantle length of 25 cm.

This lemon shark portrait was taken during a shark dive off the coast of Jupiter Florida in 90 feet of water back 2014. The camera used for this particular shot was a Canon 7D fitted with a Tokina 10-17 fisheye zoom lens with the lighting provided by a pair of Sea & Sea YS-250’s set on half power.
